Anna has spent the last year getting to know the customers and learning the ropes through offering sales support to Julie in the Denver office. Anna will still be helping out behind the scenes, but she'll also be taking on a small territory of her own. Her background with many of the Natural Food Markets in the Rocky Mountain Region is a great boon with her new account list. Anna can still be found seeking out spicy food and hot peppers.

Black Bean Salad
Salad
2 cans of Black Beans
2 cups of corn (frozen or fresh)
1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes (or whole pint)
1/4 red onion, small dice
1 or 2 avocados, diced
1/2 a block of feta cheese (or a small tub of already crumbled)
1/3 cup of basil, chopped
2 tbs mint, chopped
Vinaigrette
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbs of honey
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup of olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix ingredients and top with vinagrette.
