Darcy has worked behind the scenes at Bulkley Associates since we began in '95. Her attention to detail has her ideally situated in the bookkeeping arena. Darcy gets all the fun stuff…paying bills, paying reps, paying taxes…more taxes…more… We’re glad tho' that she keeps an eye on this challenging area.

Seven Minute Chocolate Cookies
4 tablespoons butter
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
In top of double boiler over simmering water, melt butter and chocolate chips with condensed milk.
Remove from heat and add flour, nuts and vanilla. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
Cool slightly and remove from pan. Store in an airtight container.
Makes 3-4 dozen
